Join Nicky for a 2 hour workshop style class where we will dive into ‘what is Flow Yoga’.
We’ll expand on the sanskrit meaning of Vinyasa and break down the postures that build out the Sun Salutation. This is a perfect workshop for those interested in learning more about the physical postures of a Sun Salutation in addition to expanding their knowledge of Flow Yoga as a practice both on and off the mat.
Within these 2 hours, you can expect to discuss yogic concepts as a group and move your body using yoga postures such as Flat Back, Forward Fold, Chaturanga, Upward Facing Dog + Downward Facing Dog with modification options.
All levels and bodies are welcome.
