Finding beauty in the ordinary.

Every body and mind carries its own boundaries. Every person arrives on their mat with a reason, a story, and a need.

Yoga became an anchor in my early life. As a former competitive athlete, I was first drawn to the physicality of the practice—the fast-paced, high-heat classes that felt familiar to my training background. Movement was my entry point.

Over time, injuries both on and off the mat became chronic, impacting my physical and mental well-being. Pilates became foundational in my recovery, and I found solace in the more subtle layers of practice—mindfulness, pranayama, gentler movement, and restorative work. Through this shift, the healing moved deeper than the surface.

I continue to show up—to grow as both a student and a teacher. Growth is rarely glamorous; it often emerges from turbulence, challenge, and change. But it’s in those moments that we meet ourselves more honestly.

I promise to hold space with authenticity, sharing my experience and knowledge to the best of my ability. I am passionate about this work, and I am honoured you are here.

Welcome.
