Strong Foundations-Cycling Sessions

This series is curated for those who like to ride bicycles; whether it’s riding mountains, single tracks, roads or cruising. Prepare your body and mind for the upcoming cycling season. No yoga experience is necessary. A beginners mind is recommended!

Within the MAY series, you will be encouraged to focus on foundational core strength and the upper body. We will, of course, use the lower body within our movement practice but the spotlight will be on the neck, shoulders, wrists and core.

Within the JUNE series, you will be encouraged to focus on foundational core strength and the lower body. Again, we will use our upper bodies within a movement practice but the spotlight will be on the hips, quads, hamstrings, calves and feet.

This series will be practiced through the lens of Yoga by interweaving focus and breath oriented subtle practices such as Meditation, Pranayama and Yoga Nidra.
