Prenatal yoga is curated for the ever-changing pregnant body, mind and spirit. Learn and practice modifications to the asana practice, integrate many helpful coping tools such as pranayama, visualizations, mantras and community support with other parents-to-be.
These classes are led as a 6 week series. If space allows, drop in’s are always welcome
Each class is 75 minutes.
Begins Tuesday February 21st and ends Tuesday March 28th.
