Baby + Me Yoga

You'll find movement, mindfulness, breathing and connection within these sessions. This group welcomes all parents from newborn to crawlers, even toddlers! Please know you are welcome to arrive late or leave early and it’s ok if you little one naps the entire time, or doesn’t.

I recommend committing to the full 4 weeks to cultivate a sense of community. Drop in’s are always welcomed. Please connect directly with me if you wish to drop in. You can EMAIL me.
