IMPROVING YOUR FAMILY’S SLEEP with Jessica White
Jessica will share insights and strategies to address family sleep challenges experienced at all ages and stages. Age-appropriate sleep recommendations will be discussed as well as how to troubleshoot common issues such as early wakes, challenging or drawn-out bedtimes, nap refusal or helping children sleep independently. Participants will leave with a greater understanding and more confidence in putting healthy sleep foundations into practice so everyone in the family feels better rested.
